A basic introduction to investment planning designed to pique the interest of the delegate, thus generating business for an independent financial adviser.

Having run these seminars for some years it has become apparent that even the most seasoned “amateur” gains extra knowledge during the course of the event. The seminar covers investments and their application, from ISAs through to Venture Capital Trusts and Enterprise Investment Schemes. It then goes on to discuss how these schemes may supplement and enhance pension provision, using the generous tax advantages provided by the State.

The seminar runs for around and hour and a half and is designed for the clients of independent financial advisers, solicitors and accountants.
